猫の不必要な繁殖防止と周囲への迷惑を未然に防ぐため、猫の不妊又は去勢手術費用の一部を補助します。飼い猫は1頭あたり2,000円、飼い主のいない猫（V字カット必須）は手術費用の2分の1（上限：オス5,000円・メス10,000円）を補助します。同一年度において1世帯につき2頭に限ります。
