## Summary

家庭における生活の安定に寄与し、次代の社会を担う児童の健やかな成長に資することを目的とした手当。堺市に住民登録がある児童を養育している方に支給される。3歳未満は月額15,000円（第1・2子）、3歳～高校生年代は月額10,000円（第1・2子）、第3子以降は月額30,000円。

- 堺市に住民登録がある児童を養育している方
- 児童を監護し、かつ生計を同一にする父又は母
- 児童を監護し、かつ生計を同一にする未成年後見人
- 父母に養育されていない児童を監護し、かつ生計を維持する方
- 離婚協議中で児童と同居している方
- 国内に居住している高校生年代（18歳に達する日以後の最初の3月31日まで）までの児童
