## Summary

北陸新幹線芦原温泉駅開業を受け、芦原温泉駅前やあわら温泉街の商業エリアの活性化を図るため、店舗兼住宅の空き店舗や空き家等を店舗として活用しやすくするための改修費の一部を補助します。補助率は補助対象経費の2分の1以内で、空き家・空き店舗兼住宅は最大500万円、空き店舗は最大250万円です。

- 補助対象建築物の所有者で、当該建築物を借り受ける開業予定者が決定している者
- 補助対象建築物の所有者から当該建築物を借り受け、賃貸しようとする者で、当該建築物を借り受ける開業予定者が決定している者
- 飲食料品小売業等、飲食業、宿泊業または市の良好な商業環境の形成に資する事業を営もうとする者
- あわら市商工会に加入し地域活性化のため積極的にまちづくり活動に参加する者
