- 購入するスマートフォンはiOS16以上またはAndroid11以上でNFC認証機能搭載
- 東京アプリ、健幸アプリすぎなみチャレンジ、東京都LINE公式アカウントをインストール・登録
- スマートフォンの基本的な操作等の講座を受講すること
