## Summary

中学3年生・高校3年生などを養育している一定所得以下の世帯を対象に、学習塾受講料や高校・大学等受験料を無利子で貸し付ける事業。高校・大学に入学した場合は返済が免除される。

## Eligibility
- 世帯の生計中心者（18歳以上）であること
- 生計中心者および要支援者は都内に引き続き1年以上在住していること
- 世帯収入が一定基準以下であること（表1・2参照）
- 世帯員の預貯金等資産の保有額が600万円以下であること
- 居住している土地・建物以外の不動産を所有していないこと
- 生活保護受給世帯の世帯主または構成員でないこと
- 暴力団員が属する世帯の構成員でないこと
- 子どもが都内に在住していること
- 申込日の年度始め（4月1日）に子どもが20歳未満であること
- 子どもが中学3年生、高校3年生またはそれらに準ずる者であること
