## Summary

婚姻を機に新たな生活を始める新婚夫婦を対象に、新居の購入費や家賃、引越費用、住宅のリフォーム費用の一部を補助します。夫婦ともに29歳以下の場合は最大60万円、39歳以下の場合は最大30万円の補助が受けられます。

## Eligibility
- 令和8年1月1日から令和9年3月31日までの間に婚姻届を提出し受理された夫婦
- 婚姻日において夫婦双方の年齢が39歳以下
- 新婚世帯の合計所得が500万円未満
- 申請日において夫婦ともに香取市の住民基本台帳に記録され、住所が新居の所在地
- 申請日より2年以上、継続して香取市に居住する意思がある
- 新婚世帯全員に市税の滞納がない
- 他の公的制度による同種の補助金等を受けていない
- 過去に本補助金の支給を受けたことがない
- 新婚世帯に暴力団員がいない
- 市が指定する講座を受講または医療機関等で受診・相談を実施
