## Summary

高齢者の孤立防止と家族の絆の再生を目的として、三世代家族の同居・近居に必要な費用の一部を助成する事業。住宅の新築・購入・改築・増築、賃貸借契約、引越費用、および2・3年目の固定資産税・家賃相当額を対象とする。令和8年3月31日をもって新規申出受付を終了。

## Eligibility
- 親が65歳以上で1年以上千葉市に居住していること
- 親と子と孫の三世代が市内で同居または近隣（直線で1km以内）に居住すること（新たに同居・近居する場合）
- 親が子と同居していないこと
- 孫は18歳に達する日以後の最初の3月31日を迎えていないこと
- 住民税及び固定資産税を滞納していないこと
- 家賃を滞納していないこと
- 過去にこの助成を受けたことがないこと
- 他制度による公的住宅扶助を受けていないこと
- 同居または近隣に居住している状態が3年以上継続すること
