## Eligibility
- 昭和56年5月31日以前に建築確認を受けて着工された建物
- 階数が2以下の建物
- 併用住宅の場合は居住部分の床面積が延べ面積の2分の1を超えるもの
- 丸太組工法またはプレハブ工法以外のもの
- この制度により耐震診断を受けていないもの
- 市内の対象建物の所有者または同居する家族の方（借家人は除く）
- 市税の滞納がない方
