## Eligibility

- 昭和56年5月31日以前に建築確認を受けて建築されたもの（石岡地区は昭和26年以前、八郷地区は平成4年以前は建築確認不要）
- 店舗併用住宅の場合は面積の半分以上が住宅であるもの
- 対象住宅の所有者で税金の滞納がない方
