## Summary

令和8年度から白糠町で住宅を新築する全ての方に対して、住宅新築500万円を基本に、町内業者利用100万円、地域材活用100万円、太陽光発電システム及び蓄電池設置50万円など、最大750万円の助成を行う事業。従来の太陽のまち定住奨励助成金も蓄電池を補助対象に加え上限250万円を助成。

## Eligibility
- 白糠町で住宅を新築する全ての方
- 戸建て住宅又は併用住宅の新築又は購入（中古住宅を除く）する方
- 町内業者を利用して住宅用太陽光発電システム又は定置用蓄電池を設置する方
- 住宅等の新築若しくは購入（中古住宅を除く）又は既存住宅の大規模改修をする際に地域材を使用する方
