## Eligibility
- 町内在住者及び転入者が自らの居住用に町内で中古住宅を取得した方
- 取得した住宅を住所地として本町の住民基本台帳に登録されている方
- 補助金交付後3年以上当該住宅に居住が見込まれる方
- 補助金の交付を既に受けていない方
- 暴力団または暴力団員でない方
- 申請時において市町村税等の滞納がない方
- 令和5年4月1日以降に締結した売買契約により取得した中古住宅（契約締結日から2年以内）
- 2親等以内の親族から取得した中古住宅でないもの
