- 申請時に夫婦ともに美深町民
- 婚姻日における夫婦の年齢が35歳以下
- 夫婦及び世帯全員が町税等の滞納がない
- 生活保護法の住宅扶助や他の公的家賃補助を受けていない
- 過去にこの制度（他自治体の同様制度含む）の補助を受けていない
- 補助金交付日から夫婦ともに3年以上美深町に定住する意思がある
- 暴力団員及び暴力団関係事業者でない
