## Summary

中山間地域の農業生産条件が不利な地域において、集落協定を結び農地を維持する農業者に対して交付金を直接支払う制度。農業・農村の多面的機能（国土保全、水資源かん養、景観形成等）を確保し、耕作放棄地の増加を防ぐことを目的としている。令和7年度から第6期対策が開始。
