## Summary

## Eligibility
- 胆振地方以外の地域に通算5年以上在住し、企業等の雇用保険被保険者として就業していた者
- 胆振地方以外の地域に在住し大学等へ通学していた者で修学を終了した者
- 登別市内に事業所を有する企業等に正規雇用者として就業している者
- 登別市内で起業している者
- テレワークにより週20時間以上勤務する者
- 申請日時点で40歳未満
- 申請日から5年以上継続して登別市に居住する意思がある者
- 市税に滞納がなく暴力団員ではない者
- 日本人または永住者等の在留資格を有する外国人
