- 居住の用に供する部分の床面積が70平方メートル以上
- 玄関、台所、浴室、便所及び居住室を有する住宅
- 売買契約の締結日が令和8年4月1日以後
- 住宅本体売買金額が200万円以上
- 新耐震基準の住宅
- 住宅施策区域内に建設された住宅
- 市税を滞納していないこと
- 暴力団員でないこと
